Data collected and purposes

  • Seller account: e-mail, name, phone number and, for professionals, company name and SIRET number — to manage your listings and payments and to prevent fraud (performance of the contract; legal obligation to identify professional sellers).
  • Listings: the content and photos you publish — made public, without your e-mail address.
  • Messages between buyers and sellers: name, e-mail, optional phone number and text — passed on to the seller and kept for handling disputes and preventing fraud.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe; we keep the amount, date and invoice (accounting obligation).
  • Audience measurement: IP address, page viewed, referring page and browser, recorded on our own servers with no cookie and no third-party tool (legitimate interest: statistics and security).

Automated checks

Listings and messages are analysed automatically, including by an artificial intelligence service, to detect scams and prohibited content. A listing is never removed without a person being able to review the decision at your request.

Recipients and processors

Hosting: Amazon Web Services (servers in Paris). E-mails: Amazon SES. Payment: Stripe. Sign-in with Google (if you choose it): Google, which only passes us your verified e-mail address. Automated analysis: an artificial intelligence provider that may be located outside the European Union, bound by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Your data is never sold.

Retention periods

Account: until it is deleted, then 3 years for fraud prevention. Sold or expired listings: kept without your contact details. Messages: 1 year. Invoices: 10 years. Audience measurement: 13 months.

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: your sign-in session and a security token for forms. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies are set, which is why you are not asked for consent. Fonts and icons are served from our own servers.
